The Palace of the Olu of Warri in Delta State has refuted speculations about the alleged demise of His Majesty, Ogiame Ikenwoli, the Olu of Warri, saying the revered Warri Monarch is indisposed and currently receiving medical attention by a team of qualified Medical Specialist.
It was earlier reported by many media outlets that the Itsekiri king died of COVID-19 but the news was debunked by the Director of Palace, Chief Clement Maleghemi in a statement released yesterday.
Maleghemi said the monarch is indisposed and was being attended to by a team of qualified medical specialists.
